This Maraging 300 Alloy Steel Certified Reference Material (CRM), conforming to AMS 6514 and UNS K93120, is designed for the calibration and verification of handheld XRF, benchtop XRF, handheld LIBS, and Spark-OES spectrometers. It provides certified chemical composition values for instrument performance checks, quality control, and materials analysis. The entire depth of the disc is certified for analytical use.
