Glass Certified Reference Materials for XRF Analysis

Glass certified reference materials (CRMs) provide known chemical compositions for verifying and evaluating XRF analyzers used in glass analysis.

Our glass XRF reference materials include certified concentrations of major glass-forming components and trace elements relevant to industrial, environmental, archaeological, and materials analysis. Available materials may include soda-lime silicate and other glass matrices containing elements such as Si, Al, Ca, K, Fe, Cr, Mn, Co, Cu, Pb, Sb, Sr, Zr, and other XRF-measurable elements.
