Bruker CTX Prolene Windows protecting your XRF!
These Prolene windows protect your Bruker CTX from contamination and damage. They may also be used to protect benchtop test stands of other handheld XRF units. The outer diameter is about 2 inches and the inner diameter of the film is 1.65 inches and 3um thick. This gives you a wide area to work with on your benchtop XRF.
Compatible with all models of Bruker CTX including:
- Bruker CTX 500
- Bruker CTX 500S
