This Stellite 188 Cobalt-Based Alloy Certified Reference Material (CRM), UNS R30188, is designed for the calibration and verification of handheld XRF, benchtop XRF, handheld LIBS, and Spark-OES spectrometers. It provides certified chemical composition values for instrument performance checks, quality control, and materials analysis. The entire depth of the disc is certified for analytical use.
