SciAps X-555 Rare Earth Element (REE) Analysis Capabilities

  • First and only handheld XRF with a 55 kV X-ray tube, exceeding the industry-standard 50 kV.
  • 55 kV enables stronger excitation of REE lines—especially for light REEs—and delivers dramatically improved detection limits.
  • Equipped with a large 50 mm² Silicon Drift Detector (SDD), maximizing count rates for better signal quality and faster measurements.
