Next-Generation SDD Detector The XL2 Plus uses a next-generation silicon drift detector designed for fast, accurate elemental analysis across the full range of RoHS restricted substances. SDD technology provides meaningfully faster measurement times and lower detection limits than older Si-PIN detectors, making it well suited for RoHS screening including the demanding 100 ppm cadmium threshold.
2W Silver Anode Tube with Dynamic Current Adjustment The XL2 Plus runs a 2-watt silver anode X-ray tube operating from 6 to 45 kV with dynamically adjustable current.
